Our purpose is to Educate, Advocate and Relocate buyers and sellers. To effectively navigate the complexities of home sales, purchases, and estate liquidations. While our ultimate goal is the successful sale or purchase of a residential property, our greatest comes from ensuring that our clients are overjoyed (not overwhelmed) before, during, and following a move.
To ensure that each of our clients happily reside in a place of their choosing.
To serve as real estate professionals with a much bigger calling than merely helping people buy and sell property.
To epitomize the Law of Reciprocity
To recognize that late-life moves often involve both physical and emotional transitions requiring extra support and empathy.
To affirm and support our clients confronting tough decisions. Empowering them to act in their best interest.
To price homes to sell and effectively communicate our pricing strategy.

In 1990, I moved my family from Lexington, Ky to Cary, NC. I was a stay-at-home mom raising two children in the western Cary area. After becoming an empty-nester, my parents health issues transformed me into a care-giver. I was tasked with helping my aging parents as cancer and dementia became part of their lives. Becoming increasingly aware of the challenges older adults faced with care and mobility, I realized I could make a difference in the lives of other seniors and their families by learning as much as possible about those challenges.
I have always felt comfortable around seniors. My grandmother was a big influencer in my life when I was young. Fond memories of time spent with her inspire me to strive to provide senior clients with the powerful gifts of dignity and respect in the last years of life. I find it painful to imagine an older adult who is struggling or being taken advantage of. It’s that simple.
In the coming years millions of aging adults will need the capable and caring guidance of real estate professionals as they navigate the physical and emotional complexities of a late in life move.
In 2018 I decided to renew my mission to make a difference in the lives of both seniors and the professionals who serve them. I am guided by a true desire to educate my clients, be their advocate and relocate them to relevant senior living.
My clear vision of the need for an advocate and trusted advisor when making the largest of life’s purchases helps buyers and sellers save time, money, and aggravation. It is a joy to service all my clients – first-time homebuyers, move up buyers, downsizing older adults, and seniors transitioning into community living. I wish I had discovered a career in real estate earlier in life. The path to the present has shaped who I am today and for that I am grateful.
“ We all evolve and change through the years and I believe that we are always making a difference even if we don’t realize it ”
